I personally visited Engraced Smile Travel & Logistics and I must say, I was genuinely impressed by what I saw.

Engraced Smile is a new transport company in Benin City, currently operating the Benin–Lagos and Lagos–Benin routes, and their operations are refreshingly well-organized and professional.

Their fleet consists of clean, well-maintained 2014 Toyota Sienna buses, all fully air-conditioned for a comfortable journey. The vehicles are carefully looked after, and the drivers are well-trained, calm, and professional on the road.

From the front desk to the drivers, the staff are courteous, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. The terminal itself is crisp, clean, and orderly—the kind of environment that instantly puts you at ease before a trip.

And for extra comfort on the road, Engraced Smile offers free Wi-Fi and charging ports for your phone, so you can stay connected throughout your journey.

And yes, I loved their price.

At a flat rate of ₦20,000, peak or non-peak, Engraced Smile gets you from Benin to Lagos and from Lagos back to Benin—no surprises, no price changes.

Number of Passengers Per Trip

Engraced Smile’s Sienna buses carry seven (7) passengers per trip, with a 1:3:3 seating arrangement—one passenger in front, three in the middle, and three at the back.

Engraced Smile operates terminals in both Benin City and Lagos, making travel in either direction straightforward.

Operating Days & Time

Engraced Smile operates Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For now, there is no night or early-morning travel. Any booking made after 5:00 p.m. is automatically scheduled for travel the next day.

How Long the Journey Takes (Benin–Lagos)

The journey typically lasts between 5 and 6 hours, with a brief stop at Ore along the way. This stop gives passengers time to stretch their legs, use the restroom, or grab something to eat or drink before continuing the trip.
