If that's why you're here, you're in the right place.
I visited Engraced Smile Transport & Logistics with one purpose: To see things for myself and find answers to the questions I believe you'd ask if we were sitting together planning your trip.
Here's what I found.
Pretty much anywhere in Nigeria.
It doesn't matter if you're travelling from Benin City to Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Onitsha, Asaba, Auchi or another destination, they provide chauffeur-driven vehicle hire.
One thing to note though—they don't currently offer trips outside Nigeria.
They have Camry, Sienna, Hilus van, Lexus Prado Jeep and SUV.
They also have Hiace buses and Coaster buses
Take a quick look at some of the vehicles

Depending on your trip, they have a perfect match for the situation.
Honestly, the best vehicle depends on who you're travelling with.
If it's just you, or you and your family, I'd probably start with the Sienna. It's comfortable, seats up to seven people, and works well for most road trips. Or simply, the camry.
If you're travelling for a business meeting or you simply prefer something more executive-looking, the Prado gives that extra corporate appearance. An added advantage is that the rear seats can be folded down to create more luggage space.
Need something even bigger? Then the SUV might suit you better.
Travelling with a wedding party or a burial group? That's where the Hiace or the 30-seater Coaster becomes the practical choice.
Hilux VanNeed something practical with lots of luggage space? The Hilux is worth considering. It combines comfort with generous cargo space.
Yep!
I know.
That's probably the first question you wanted answered.
Listing prices for every destination would make this page incredibly long, so I asked them for fares to some of the routes people request most often, with Sienna.
Benin - Auchi - N180,000 (One-way fare) || N300,000 (Return fare)
Benin – Delta - N200,000 (One-way fare) || N350,000 (Return fare)
Benin – Lagos - N250,000 (One-way fare) || N450,000 (Return fare)
Benin – Anambra - N250,000 (One-way fare) || N450,000 (Return fare)
Benin – Port Harcourt - N300,000 (One-way fare) || N550,000 (Return fare)
Benin – Calabar - N600,000 (One-way fare) || N850,000 (Return fare)
If your destination isn't listed, simply give them a call. They'll gladly provide a quotation.
Yes.
Once you've completed your booking and made the agreed payment or deposit, the driver can pick you up from your home, hotel or the airport.
Yes.
I specifically asked this because many people prefer knowing exactly what they'll be travelling in.
They told me you can request photographs or videos of the exact vehicle before making payment.
One thing I also noticed during my visit was that their vehicles aren't covered with company branding.
They look just like privately owned vehicles, which many customers prefer.
No.
Their vehicles come with company drivers.
At the moment, they don't offer self-drive rentals.
Sometimes.
According to the company, negotiation depends on factors such as:
So it's always worth asking.
I asked that too.
Yes—they offer overnight trips.
For example, if you're travelling from Benin City to Lagos today and returning the following day, they can take you, wait overnight and bring you back.
They also shared sample overnight rates for several destinations.
Benin – Auchi - N180,000 (Drop-Off Fare) || N350,000 (Overnight Fare)
Benin – Delta - N200,000 (Drop-Off Fare) || N400,000 (Overnight Fare)
Benin – Lagos - N250,000(Drop-Off Fare) || N500,000 (Overnight Fare)
Benin – Anambra - N250,000 (Drop-Off Fare) || N500,000 (Overnight Fare)
Benin – Port Harcourt - N300,000 (Drop-Off Fare) || N600,000 (Overnight Fare)
Please note that the rates above is for Sienna.
Their answer was...
Essentially, yes!
However, the exact arrangement depends on what both parties agree before the trip.
No.
And honestly, I think that's the right policy.
Every vehicle carries only the number of passengers it was designed to carry.
If your group is larger, they'll recommend a bigger vehicle or provide an additional one.
Life happens.
If your trip needs to be extended, they won't stop you.
However, the additional distance or extra days will attract a new fee.
Not necessarily.
The destination determines the basic fare.
However, weddings and similar events often involve multiple trips, waiting time and moving between venues.
Those extra movements attract additional charges beyond the standard destination fare.
Yes.
An initial deposit is required before your booking is confirmed.
The balance is expected before the trip is completed.
Their recommendation is between three days and one week before your travel date.
That gives them enough time to reserve your preferred vehicle.
Having said that, they also told me they try to accommodate urgent bookings whenever possible.
Definitely.
Even if you're still comparing options, it's worth giving them a quick call.
You can confirm the latest price, ask about vehicle availability, request photos of the vehicle you'd like, and discuss anything specific about your trip.
It's always better to ask first than to assume.

Engraced Smile also offers airport pick-up and drop-off services for travellers arriving at or departing from Benin Airport. If that's the service you need, we've created a separate page explaining how it works, what to expect and how to book.

Reservation Officer.Yes, I would.
Because I took the time to visit them, asked the kind of questions I believe you'd ask, and saw for myself how they operate. Based on that experience, I came away with a positive impression.
Here's what stood out to me during my visit.
First...
It's not like your vehicle has to come from another city. Or the company is based in another state with just a pickup point here.
Engraced Smile is based right here in Benin City. Because they're already on the ground, they're well positioned to respond quickly to bookings within the city and for trips to destinations across Nigeria. Which to me is cool because it means less waiting and a smoother booking experience. It's also perfect that you can just walk into their office.
One thing I noticed during my visit is that Engraced Smile is intentional about the kind of company they want to build. I observed that they aren't simply making vehicles available for hire. They're working to create a transport service that people can rely on—one built on professionalism, courtesy and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
One other thing that stood out during my visit was the attitude of the staff. They were courteous and respectful. And surprisingly, they were willing to answer every question I asked. The same commitment to professionalism extends to their drivers at your interaction with them.
Personally I don't like going on a trip with a funny-looking vehicle. The vehicles I saw at Engraced Smile were clean, presentable and appeared to be well maintained. This, I believe, will give passengers confidence before the journey even begins.
I also like how simple the booking process is, and the fact that they're easily reachable, and readily available to help. This is about the strongest impact they had on me.
The process is as simple as...Decide the type of trip you're planning and the vehicle that best suits your needs. If you're not sure which one to choose, their Booking Team is happy to guide you.
Next, request a quotation, confirm the vehicle allocated to you, and make either the full payment or the agreed deposit.
That's it—you're ready for your trip.
Those are just a few of my suggestions. Wishing you a safe and pleasant trip!
If what you've read gives you confidence, thank you for trusting my effort and recommendation. The next step is — get in touch with Engraced Smile.
What kind of trip are you planning - a family outing 👨👩👧👦...? business...? wedding 💖...? burial...? conference...? or an airport transfer? Their Booking Team will be happy to answer any remaining questions, help you choose the right vehicle and confirm your booking.
